This 1 on 1 private training is gym based and tailored to your fitness and ability level, whether you’re beginner or pro. Help develop your coordination, turns, landings and improve your mobility through FPT snowboard training. Due to the amount of rotation through the torso and strain on the lower limbs, training will not only provide you with the expertise to aid in your boarding/skiing development but also strengthen, develop power and build robustness in preventing injury.

Meet your Coach:

Dr Olly Farley is one of only six people in the World who has completed a PhD on surfing performance enhancement. It is through this knowledge base that FPT delivers personal training in a far more in-depth, professional and sport science approach that is proven within high performance training and is research backed.

Olly now works with a number of New Zealand professional athletes and contracts to SnowSports NZ training NZ representatives/Olympic athletes in skiing and snowboarding.
