12 Week Surf Development Programme

Make massive changes to your surfing skills and fitness through a High-Performance model applied for all levels of surfing ability and fitness.
The programme is open to all level of surfers and consists of 5 different training modules:

  • Module 1: Strength Training.
  • Module 2: Functional Movement & Carver Skating.
  • Module 3: Power/Gymnastic Training.
  • Module 4: Breath Development/Fitness in the pool.
  • Module 5: Mobility

Each week you will attend two sessions. You can select which days to attend based on the timetable. Please be aware that the sessions are structured so that module 1 and module 2 are covered in weeks 2- 5 and module 3 & 4 are covered in weeks 6-11. Module 5 is delivered throughout every session.

Please ensure you attend the correct days to cover all training modules.

Weeks 1 & 12 focus on surf specific fitness testing in the gym and the pool. This will give you baseline measurements at the beginning of the programme and help you to identify individual goals. The final results will highlight your personal gains. We also use the results for the end of programme prize giving!!
