Beach Sessions are open for all, no matter your fitness level or age.
The sessions are based around high intensity training on the beach and in the water. Drills such as sprints, body weight exercises (i.e push ups, squats, core work), breath holds in the surf, board paddles and sand dune runs.
The sessions will build your fitness levels up and while at some stages may feel tiring, we encourage everyone to work within their limit and not over do it! If you can’t make the next run, or drill, then sit it out..that’s ok! The sessions are designed to help you build your tolerance up, slowly get fitter, encourage each other in a friendly group environment and of course to socialise too.

Surf board, wetsuit and water is essential and we also encourage after training beverages, snacks and to sock in the sunset while mingling with others. After all, we are all there to work on our mental and physical well being and to support each other!
