FPT youth training is designed to help all young athletes from all sports, and improve upon any technical limitations.

The FPT youth training programme is based upon development of all the fundamentals of correct movement patterns, strength and power development as well as mobility and coordination. There are two youth groups; Teen Board-Riders and Youth Sports Development. Teen Board-Riders is designed for all young surfers, skaters, snowboarders and skiers etc. Youth Sports Development is designed for mainstream sports such as team sports, individual athletes and young athletes wanting to improve on their performance.

Training for all young surfers, skaters, snowboarders, skiers, wakeboarders etc. These sessions are designed to improve any limitations in a fun, group training environment.

The FPT Teen Board-Riders training programme is based upon development of fundamental movement patterns, strength, power, mobility, breath holds/wave hold down confidence, Carver skate skill acquisition work and gymnastics.

The sessions are also dedicated to work on individual needs within their sports, rather than a blanket programme for everyone, under the guidance of a high performance strength and conditioning coach.
