At FPT Riders, we embrace all the actions sports and know what is required to improve performance, ride harder and keep injury free. Our training approach combines the fundamental physical requirements of the action sports, creating a comprehensive package that caters to the diverse needs of extreme sports enthusiasts. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a passionate beginner, FPT Riders is designed to enhance your skills, improve strength and endurance, and elevate overall performance in your sport. 


1. Gym Training:

Move better and become stronger and more powerful rider with the FPT gym training. 

Gym classes are for all levels, fitness capabilities and for ages 13 years and up.  
Strength, conditioning, mobility, power, gymnastics style training are all part of the types of training we cover in these sessions. Classes are set in a friendly environment, where riders across the board and mix and mingle and workout in a fun and rewarding environment.  

Gym classes workouts change up week to week, and over the year, the training modalities change from strength focused workouts to power and conditioning during the season changes to optimise performance and development. 

Without the gym training, the development simply will not be there for faster paddling and pop ups, better balance, coordination and dynamic moments required in the sports.  

2. Surf Skate Skill Training:

Develop your rail game, turns, body awareness and surf better with FPT Surf skate Training. 

Want to surf better but have limited water time to practice? Develop turns and surf with more flair and control with FPT Surf Skate classes.  

Olly provides with wealth of knowledge with 10 years of specific surf training and coaching and includes video analysis to help identify technical limitations and ways to improve performance on the board that will help in the surf.  

Surf Skate classes help with body awareness, arm and body positioning and the development of motor skills that cross over to better surfing. Skills we develop consistently on land will help improve your surfing performance, especially when we skate in the bowls and different skateparks working on top and bottom turns, and forehand and backhand snaps. 

Sessions are designed for all ages and levels of capabilities with class options and personal options available.
